Terms of Use
This document describes the Terms and Conditions of Use of the www.pumamoldova.md website, as well as the conditions for the purchase of goods and services sold through our website. The privacy policy, return policy and any other documents constitute the content of this document, hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use".
Access and use of the www.pumamoldova.md website are permissible only with full consent and strict adherence to the conditions set forth in these Terms of Use.
GHS-COM SRL reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion to make changes to these Terms without the need to notify the users of the site in advance. The changes made take effect from the moment they are posted on the site and apply only to those sales orders received starting from the date of publication.
1. General Provisions
The site is owned "GHS-COM" S.R.L and operated by "BUSINESS SOFTWARE GROUP" S.R.L. By ordering goods through the online store, the client agrees to the Terms of sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) set out below.
These Conditions, as well as information about the Goods presented on the Site, are a public offer in accordance with Article 681 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and Law no. 284 On electronic commerce, the Buyer, having read the text of these terms of sale, agrees by checking the box "I have read and agree to the terms of use".
The relationship between the Client and the Seller is considered in accordance with the law Nr. 105 of 13.03.2003 on the protection of consumer rights and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.
The seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in connection with which, the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes
2. Registration on the Site
The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information provided by the Client during registration.
3. Registration and terms of execution of the Order
The Client's order can be placed by the Client independently on the Site.
When placing an Order, the Client must indicate the following information:
- FULL NAME. Client or Recipient of the Order
- Delivery address of the order
- Contact number.
After placing the order, the Client is provided with information about the expected date, time of transfer of the Order by the Delivery Service. The specified date depends on the availability of the Goods made in the Seller's warehouse and the time required to process the Order.
The Seller has the right to refuse to place an Order if the Client has already issued 5 units or more, for which he previously refused, indicating reasons not related to the presence of defects in these Goods.
All information materials presented on the Site are for reference only and cannot fully convey reliable information about the properties and characteristics of the Goods, including colors, sizes and shapes.
In the absence of the made Goods in the Seller's warehouse, including for reasons beyond the control of the Seller, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order and notify the Client by sending an email to the address indicated by the client or by contacting by phone.
In case of cancellation of a paid Order, the cost of the canceled Goods is returned by the Seller to the Client in the same way in which the Goods were originally paid.
4. Payment and Delivery
Method of payment for the order.
1. The order can be paid by bank cards online.
The following types of bank cards are accepted for payment:
Visa
Mastercard
To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. Information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system. The site and the store do not know and do not store your bank card data.
2. The order can be paid by card to the courier ( only in Chisinau ).
3. The order can be paid in cash.

Delivery period.
Delivery time in Chisinau is no more than three working days.
At the time of transfer of the goods, the buyer receives from the seller the following documents for the goods:
- Cashier's check;
- Warranty card with the seller's stamp.

REMINDER TO THE CUSTUNER
- The buyer must ensure the unimpeded passage of the delivered goods;
- At the agreed delivery time of the order, the buyer must be at the delivery address;
- Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer must, in the presence of the courier, inspect the goods for the presence of the complete set and the absence of external defects in the product.
- After receiving the goods, claims about the appearance and packaging will not be accepted.
Applications accepted on weekends are processed and delivered on Monday from 9:00 to 17:00
5. Return of goods
According to the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", there is a possibility within 14 calendar days to replace a product with a similar product or return the funds spent if the product has not been used or has not lost its consumer qualities and, if there is evidence that it was purchased from the seller.
The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Consumer complaints within 30 days can only be satisfied if the product has a hidden defect (manufacturing defect).
Procedure for filing and considering complaints
1.During the warranty period, consumers file complaints about non-conforming products with the original seller.
2.Simultaneously with the filing of the complaint, the consumer submits a copy of the sales receipt or other document confirming the purchase (including the warranty card).
RETURN
In case of elimination of defects that arose through no fault of the consumer during the warranty period, a commensurate price reduction or refund of the cost of the product is made by the seller unconditionally within a period of not more than 14 calendar days from the date the consumer submits a complaint.
Refund method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to purchase.
You will receive a return confirmation email after it has been done.
The transfer period is up to 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the returned goods.
If more than 14 days have passed without a refund, please send this confirmation to your bank, which will help you speed up the process.
"GHS-COM" is not responsible for the holding of money by the bank.
THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We inform you that GHS-COM S.R.L. registered as a operator of personal data under number 0001929. Thus, all information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the goals, for which it was collected, and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133 of July 8, 2011 on the protection of personal data. In the event that you are requesting a refund for a product or replacement with a similar product or other model, in accordance with Law no. 105 of March 13, 2003 on the protection of consumer rights, the consumer (customer) submits a complaint in this regard. In any of the conditions mentioned above, in order to fully satisfy the complaint, please give us your consent to the processing of personal data.
Categories of personal data that are necessary to identify you as a client (consumer):
- First Name Last Name;
- Home address;
- Contact number;
- IDNP;
- Number and series of the identity card.
6. Privacy Policy

By providing his personal data on the website, the Client agrees to their processing by the Seller, including for the purpose of promoting the seller of goods and services.
The client is obliged to know that all information provided for the implementation of this service will not be disseminated to unauthorized persons or websites. An exception may be the provision of this information at the request of the competent authorities of the Republic of Moldova or at the request of a court. The seller is responsible for non-disclosure of confidential information. The client is obliged to provide accurate information. If the client provides false information, the seller is not responsible for the information provided and for the resulting consequences.
Security measures
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of site information.
