How to connect a discount card on the pumamoldova.md website: step-by-step guide

Step 1: Register on the website

1. Go to pumamoldova.md and create an account if you don't have one yet.

Step 2: Activate your discount card

 

1. In your personal account, select the "DISCOUNT CARD" tab.
2. Enter the phone number you specified when registering for a discount card in the store, as well as the barcode from the card that you were given in one of the PUMA MOLDOVA stores.
3. Click on the "SEND" button. You will be sent an SMS with a confirmation code.
4. Enter this code in the appropriate field and confirm the activation of the card.

If you already have a discount card that you used in physical stores, you also need to activate it in the online store pumamoldova.md. When you connect an existing card in the online store, the discount corresponding to your card type will be active. Step 3: Obtaining a savings card

 

1. After activation, your savings card will have no discount.
2. Make purchases for a sum of 3000 lei in the PUMA shops network or online.
3. When this sum is reached, go back to your personal cabinet and click on the "UPDATE CARD" button to automatically activate the 5% discount for the old and new collection.

 

Step 4: Update your card when you reach new discount levels

1. When your purchases reach 10 000 lei, you will be able to get a new card with 10% discount.
2. Replace the card on the site: log in your personal cabinet again, in the REPLACE CARD tab, enter the barcode of the new card you will receive in PUMA shops and confirm the activation by SMS code.

 

Conditions of use of PUMA discount cards in Moldova:

PUMA shops in Moldova offer a system of discount cards that allows you to save money on your purchases. There are 5 types of cards in total, each with its own advantages. Here's how it works:

1. Savings card - Discount: 5%

The discount is activated after the sum of your purchases reaches 3000 lei.

2. Discount card (classic card - 10%) - Discount: 10%

Given upon reaching the sum of purchases of 10 000 lei.

3. Discount card (classic card - 15%) - Discount: 15%

This card is issued when the sum of purchases reaches 25 000 lei. The activation process is similar to the previous one.

4. Discount card (classic card - 20%) - Discount: 20%

Given when the sum of purchases reaches 45 000 lei.

5. Gold card (GOLD card - 30%) - Discount: 30%

This card is issued when the sum of purchases reaches 75 000 lei.

 

Accumulation and accounting of purchases:

All the amounts of purchases made in PUMA MOLDOVA physical shops and in the online shop pumamoldova.md are summarised and accumulated on your discount card. You can view the history of your online purchases in your personal cabinet on the website.
