HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE BY INSTALLMENTS?
Puma stores don't issue installment plans and don't issue loans. We are partners of the program LIBER CARD from MAIB and STAR CARD from VictoriaBank. This program allows all holders of cards LIBER CARD and STAR CARD to buy Puma items in installments for 3 months at 0%. The full amount is immediately withdrawn from your Liber Card or Star Card. The total value of the purchase is divided into 3 equal parts, which you will pay monthly, with an interest rate of 0%. All questions regarding the conditions for opening and using cards only can be obtained directly from representatives of banks MoldovaAgroindBank and VictoriaBank.

WHY PRICES AND ASSORTMENT ARE DIFFERENT IN BALTI?
The GHS-COM S.R.L company is the official distributor of the Puma sports brand in the Republic of Moldova. Our company owns 3 retail stores in Chisinau and an online store pumamoldova.md. We set retail prices only in these stores. Contact details of our stores are available in the "Contacts" section.
HOW CAN I GET THE GOLD CARD?
First you need to open an accumulative Puma card. You can open an accumulative Puma card at the first purchase in all Puma Moldova stores. Depending on the accumulated amount, you have a % discount. The maximum discount percentage is -30%. For opening the Gold Card 30%, you need to make purchases in the amount of 75 000 lei within 2 years (24 consecutive months). CAN YOU GIVE ME AN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT?
You have several options to get an additional discount:
- Pay for the order online with a bank card and get a 5% DISCOUNT.
- Make an order on your birthday or the next day and you wiil get a 10% DISCOUNT.
- Present the fitness club membership which we cooperate and open a 10% discount card.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON THE ORDER AMOUNT AND QUANTITY?
There are no restrictions on the minimum order amount.
The maximum order amount for a natural person is 100 000 lei.
The maximum amount for payment in installments depends on the limit set by the bank.
HOW MUCH COST DELIVERY?
We have free delivery in Chisinau. The delivery by regions of Republic of Moldova is cost 70 lei.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
If you urgently need an order, then you can arrange express delivery and we will deliver your order in 3 hours. (only for residents of Chisinau)
Standard delivery takes up to 2 working days in Chisinau and 3 to 5 business days in the regions of the Republic of Moldova, except for Transnistria.
Please note that delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders, current weather conditions and holidays. We do our best to ship your order promptly and deliver it to you as soon as possible.

I MADE A PICKUP, I AM IN YOUR STORE, WHY CAN'T I PICK UP THE ORDER?
The buyer cannot pick up the goods from the retail store immediately after placing the order. An order can be picked up only after the order has been processed by the operator of the online store and an SMS notification has been received stating that the goods, together with the receipt, have been transferred to the store you need from the warehouse of the online store.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN PLACED?
Within 15 minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at your address.
ATTENTION: after a successfully placed order, a confirmation letter with the order number (five numbers) should be sent to your e-mail (specified in the order). Please re-order if you do not have an order number.
All applications are processed in turn on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 09:00 to 18:00. Delivery of orders is carried out only after confirmation of the order by the phone number specified when placing the order.
CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENT OF THE ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
After placing an order, changing the contents of the order (deleting or adding an item, changing the color or size of the article) is possible only at the stage of confirming your order with the operator of the online store. If the order was placed incorrectly, then you need to cancel this order and place a new one.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DECLINE THE ORDER?
As long as your order has not gone to the formation, its cancellation is possible. All details on the formation or cancellation of an order can be obtained from the operators of the Puma Moldova online store by phone +37376003800 (Mon-Fri, from 9-00 to 18-00). If the order has already been formed and sent for delivery, then you can return the items using the return form.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY E-MAIL OR PHONE?
We accept orders placed on the site. Other methods of placing an order are not possible.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT?
When the order is transferred to the delivery service, you will receive a notification that the order has been sent to the phone number and e-mail specified in your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY OF THE ORDER BY COURIER?
If the courier did not find you at the specified address, the courier service will make a second attempt to deliver your order, having previously called you and clarified the details. The order will be denied. In case of failed delivery of 2 attempt.
HOW LONG DOES IT BE POSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS?
You can return items purchased in the Puma Moldova online store within 14 days after receiving the order. To make a return, please use the form. Return is possible only for those items that have preserved their presentation (packaging, labels). Worn items are non-refundable. Please keep your receipts so that you can return or exchange the purchased goods from the Puma Moldova online store.

I RETURNED THE ITEMS, HOW WILL I GET THE MONEY BACK FOR THE ORDER?
The refund period depends on the payment method you choose. This procedure usually takes up to 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds when paying online:
Please complete the return form. After receiving the goods at our warehouse, the money will be returned to the bank card with which the order was prepaid.
CAN I RETURN A ITEM WHICH WAS NOT PURCHASED FROM A PUMA ONLINE STORE?
Please note that returns are only possible for items purchased from the Puma Moldova online store.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If the item which was purchased in the Puma Moldova online store has not our quality standards, you can return the item that, in your opinion, contain defects in a way convenient for you. More detailed information can be found in the "Returns" section.
Defective items must be returned to the PUMA Online Store or Retailer for examination.

You can order only those items that are currently available on the Puma Moldova online store website.
IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS PUMA ONLINE SHIPPED TO?
At the moment, delivery is available only for the territory of the Republic of Moldova, except for Transnistria.
CAN I USE THE PUMA DISCOUNT CARD ONLINE?
Yes, of course you can! Please add the goods to your shopping basket on the website and enter the barcode of your discount card in your personal basket on the website of the Puma Moldova online store. After that the discount on this card will be available.
HOW TO REFUSE SMS-MAILING TO THE OWNER OF THE DISCOUNT CARD?
