The discount is provided to the owner of the discount card and only if the card is available. Writing off bonuses for paying for purchases is possible upon presentation of the discount card and only to its owner. Cards can be exchanged only upon presentation of the old discount card.
Puma stores in Moldova provide a discount system that includes 5 types of discount cards:
1. Accumulative card
2. Discount card (classic card - 10%)
3. Discount card (classic card - 15%)

5. Gold card (GOLD card - 30%)
To receive an accumulative card, the buyer needs to register in the company's database by filling out a form. After completing the questionnaire, the client is issued accumulative card with the individual number and barcode.
According to this card, the client open an account in the company's database, which reflects all the bonuses accumulated by the client when purchasing goods in the PUMA chain of stores.
The accumulated purchases are taken for 2 years (24 consecutive months) from the current date.
Depending on the increase in the amount of purchases, the client receives a discount card with a higher discount.
You have the opportunity to create a personalized Gold Card. The manufacture of such a card involves the application of a name and surname to it in Latin letters. The cost of this service is 50 lei. The production time for a personalized Gold Card is 10 working days.

Conditions of the discount system:
a) The cards are the property of the PUMA chain of stores and, if lost, are restored at the expense of the client (cost - 50 lei).
b) When returning the goods, the total amount of accumulated bonuses is reduced by the amount of the accrued bonuses of the returned goods.
c) The discount is provided to the owner of the discount card and only if the card is available.
d) Writing off bonuses for paying for purchases is possible upon presentation of the discount card and only to its owner.
e) Cards can be exchanged only upon presentation of the old discount card.
f) Becoming the owner of a discount card, you subscribe to our SMS-mailing. Refusal to send mail means automatic refusal of the card.
g) The discounts from discount cards do not apply to items participating in promotional offers.

PUMA MOLDOVA" discount cards also work in the network of Sport Spirit stores. However, accumulation of all amounts and transfer to a higher percentage of the card is possible only in Sport Spirit stores with Sport Spirit cards or in PUMA MOLDOVA stores with Puma cards.

Bonus system conditions:

c) The client can pay for the purchase with accumulated bonuses in the amount of not more than 95% of the purchase amount.
d) Write-off bonuses for purchases possible payment upon presentation of a discount card and only the owner of a discount card.
e) The company is not responsible if the client transfers his discount card to a third party and this person is calculated with the client's bonuses for his purchase.
f) When returning goods, the total amount of accumulated bonuses is reduced by the amount of accrued bonuses of the returned goods.
*Bonuses are accumulated over 2 (two) years. Every year, on December 1 are reset bonuses accumulated during the year preceding the current year. Example: December 1, 2024 will be zeroed out bonuses accrued in 2023.
