According to the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", it is possible within 14 calendar days to replace the product with a similar product or return the funds spent if the product has not been used or has not lost its consumer qualities and, if there is evidence that it was purchased from the seller.

EXCHANGE

Exchange of items is possible only for the following reasons:

  • The size is big
  • The size is small

IMPORTANT! If you are applying for a resizing or replacement of an existing product with another product, in addition to the form you fill out, you must place a new order and indicate in the comments to your order that you are making an exchange of size or model, respectively. Without placing this information on your order, we will not be able to resize or replace it with another product!
Delivery of the required size is paid by the buyer, because if want to exchange the size you need to place a new order. The cost of delivery is 70 lei (by region), and free of charge in Chisinau.

WARRANTY

The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Consumer complaints within 30 days can only be satisfied if the product has a hidden defect (manufacturing defect).

1.During the warranty period, consumers submit complaints about non-conforming products initially to the seller.
2.Simultaneously with filing a complaint, the consumer submits a copy of the cash receipt or other document confirming the purchase (including the warranty card).

CLAIMS

If the item which was purchased in the Puma Moldova online store has not our quality standards, you can return the item that, in your opinion, contain defects in a way convenient for you. More detailed information can be found above.
