According to the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", there is a possibility within 14 calendar days to replace a product with a similar product or return the funds spent if the product has not been used or has not lost its consumer qualities and, if there is evidence that it was purchased from a retailer with the fiscal cheque.
RETURN
In case of elimination of defects that arose through no fault of the consumer during the warranty period, a commensurate price reduction or refund of the cost of the product is made by the seller unconditionally within a period of not more than 14 calendar days from the date the consumer submits a complaint.
The return of the goods is possible only for the following reasons:
- The size is large or small and it isn't possible to exchange for the same model in a different size
- The product didn't fit in appearance
- Poor-quality product

Products purchased in a physical PUMA store cannot be returned through the online store. To process a return, you must have a purchase receipt.
The period returning of product
You can return items purchased in the Puma Moldova online store within 14 days after receiving the order. To make a return, please use the form of return. Return is possible only for those items that have preserved their presentation (packaging, labels). Worn items are non-refundable. The same return policy applies to products from the "Sale" and "Last Size" sections. Please keep your receipts so that you can return or exchange the purchased goods from the Puma Moldova online store.
Return method
- When returning goods to a retail Puma Moldova store, you must present the originals of the following documents:
- passport
- cashier's check
- Courier service provided by "GHS-COM" S.R.L. The return of the goods is paid by the buyer. The cost is 70 lei. When returning goods by courier, it is necessary to transfer the goods of the proper type, having previously sealed it in an additional package. Open packages are not accepted by courier.
Refund Methods
- For prepaid orders, the money is transferred to the bank card used to pay for the order on the site. You will receive a return confirmation email after it has been done. The transfer period is up to 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the returned items.
If more than 14 days have passed without a refund, please send this confirmation to your bank, which will help you speed up the process.
"GHS-COM" is not responsible for the holding of money by the bank. - The orders which were paid in cash there are several ways for money returning back:
a) Cash in any of the Puma stores in Chisinau or at the central office of the company "GHS-COM" S.R.L, located at - bd. Cantemir 6. The return application is made directly in the store.
b) By transfer to a bank account. Transfer term - up to 14 calendar days after receipt and verification of the returned items. A return request must be made on the website.
Mandatory conditions:
- To return an item, you must fill out an application form which will be sent to you at the postal address you provided.
- Please note that the bank account must be opened in Moldovan Lei (MDL).
- The application must be printed and signed personally by the applicant.
- Without a signature, the application is considered invalid and the return will not be processed.
- The completed and signed application must be sent together with the returned goods to the courier.
c) Cash on delivery by mail. A return request must be made on the website.
Refusal to exchange of good quality product
According to the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105 of 13.03.2003 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", LIST of non-food products of good quality that cannot be exchanged for a similar product
- Sewing and knitwear (underwear, bed linen, socks products).
WARRANTY
The warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product. Consumer complaints within 30 days can only be satisfied if the product has a hidden defect (manufacturing defect).
Procedure of reviewing complaints and appeals
1.During the warranty period, consumers submit complaints about non-conforming products initially to the seller.
2.Simultaneously with filing a complaint, the consumer submits a copy of the cash receipt or other document confirming the purchase (including the warranty card).
CLAIMS
If the item which was purchased in the Puma Moldova online store has not our quality standards, you can return the item that, in your opinion, contain defects in a way convenient for you. More detailed information can be found above.
