According to the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 "On Protection of Consumer Rights", there is a possibility within 14 calendar days to replace a product with a similar product or return the funds spent if the product has not been used or has not lost its consumer qualities and, if there is evidence that it was purchased from a retailer with a receipt.

RETURN

In case of elimination of defects that arose through no fault of the consumer during the warranty period, a commensurate price reduction or refund of the cost of the product is made by the seller unconditionally within a period of not more than 14 calendar days from the date the consumer submits a complaint.

The return of the goods is possible only for the following reasons:

  • The size is large or small and it isn't possible to exchange for the same model in a different size
  • The product didn't fit in appearance
  • Poor-quality product

NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE GOODS:

THE RETURN OF GOODS IS POSSIBLE PROVIDED THAT THE GOODS AS WELL AS THE PACKAGING ARE IN PROPER CONDITION, HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND HAVE NOT BEEN DAMAGED. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS, THE GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

In the event that you are requesting a refund for a product or replacement with a similar product or other model, in accordance with Law no. 105 of March 13, 2003 on the protection of consumer rights, the consumer (customer) submits a complaint in this regard. In any of the conditions mentioned above, in order to fully satisfy the complaint, please give us your consent to the processing of personal data.
