PUMA Online Store Operator
We're seeking an ONLINE STORE OPERATOR to join our team.

What you'll be doing:
- Receive incoming calls from customers;
- Provide advice and assistance with placing orders on the website and via messaging apps;
- Make outgoing calls to confirm orders;
- Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Maintain a high level of service at all stages of communication;
- Properly and professionally handle complaints and claims, leaving a positive impression on the customer in any situation;
- Make customers a little happier with your work?
We expect from you:
- Proficient verbal communication in the national language;
- Friendliness and genuine customer focus;
- Developed communication skills;
- A positive attitude and the ability to work with different types of clients;
- Confident PC proficiency at the user level;
- Knowledge of 1C and Bitrix CRM is an advantage;
- Experience operating a cash register is a plus.

- 5/2 schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one Saturday per month from home (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM);
